We are not shy about asking questions or suggesting changes. Our goal is for you to be able to work with your images efficiently.

Our time-tested procedures include

• Tracking of your boxes from the moment they are received through scanning, QC, export, and return delivery.

• 100% QC of images by a senior scanner at a separate workstation who reviews the images against the original paper. We do not rely on statistical sampling.

• Image integrity and document or Bates numbering checks of every collection.
